Symptom

If you hover over the VSee icon on your task bar (the green box with the white "v") and can see the session's video windows in the preview, but clicking on the video window doesn't bring it to the front of your screen, it may have been moved off-screen rather than been minimized or hiding behind another window.

Hoovering over the VSee icon shows all windows associated with the session

Possible Causes

If you accidentally move a video window off-screen, please follow the instructions below to get it back.

Resolution

1. Hover your mouse over the VSee icon (the green box with the white "v") to show all windows associated with the session.

2. Right-click on the window that you want to bring back on screen, and select "Move".

The "Move" option

3. Press one of the arrows on your keyboard to "pop" the video window back onto your screen. (Be sure not to click on anything before you press the arrow key, or it will deselect the "Move" command.)

  • If you don't get it the first time, try again with the opposite arrow. (i.e., if you used the left arrow the first time, try the right arrow the second time.)
