This article explains how to download your current month's activity and read your projected invoice.

Answer

1. Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.

2. To download your session activity for the current month so far (as an Excel 2007 spreadsheet), click on the "Download Activity" button on the top of this page.

3. To see your projected invoice and session history for this month so far, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Session history is displayed in your own timezone.

  • Monthly fees, if any, are listed first. 
    • Monthly fees are pro-rated. If you start a plan in the middle of the month, or end a plan, you only pay the monthly fee for the days the account was active.
  • "Counted Sessions" are billable sessions. 
  • Usage of included sessions is tracked by "free session #X of X".
    • Sessions with SecureVideo staff are complimentary.
  • Session duration is calculated in minutes.
    • Note: For a small percentage of sessions, Session Duration may not be available due to technical reasons.
